This February, Bengaluru is in for a rare culinary treat as acclaimed Hyderabadi restaurant Tuya, led by the celebrated Chef Suresh DC, arrives in the city for the very first time for a limited-edition takeover at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield.
The experience begins at Whitefield Bar & Grill (WBG), where the restaurant’s signature poolside ambience sets the stage for an unforgettable evening. Guests can explore both à la carte selection and a specially crafted chef’s menu, showcasing Tuya’s distinctive approach to South Indian cuisine, inventive flavour pairings, contemporary interpretations, and a deep respect for heritage ingredients that have earned the brand a loyal following amongst connoisseurs. Tuya’s menu is complemented by a bespoke selection of craft cocktails and one of Bengaluru’s largest collection of Gin at WBG - Whitefield Bar & Grill. Expect to be delighted by dishes such as Avocado Sarva Pindi, Miriyalu Mutton Meatballs, Bangalore Mutton Biryani and Coconut Sorbet with Jasmine Granita, each narrating a story of South India’s culinary diversity while bringing a fresh, modern sensibility to the table.

The finale of the three day takeover moves to Alto Vino, where the experience is elevated with a curated pairing of Paul John Whiskies, creating a nuanced dialogue between food and spirit.
