Delhi, India (September 25, 2025) – JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity invites guests to embark on a soulful culinary journey through the vibrant land of Punjab at Flavors of Punjab, a five-day food festival from October 8th to 12th, 2025. Curated by the acclaimed Chef Sherry Mehta, this immersive experience at K3 – New Delhi’s food theatre promises to celebrate the bold flavors, rustic traditions, and warmth that define Punjabi cuisine.

A Culinary Homage to Punjab’s Rich Heritage

Chef Sherry Mehta, known for her evocative storytelling through food and her deep-rooted passion for Indian regional cuisines, brings to life the essence of Punjab with a menu that is both nostalgic and indulgent. From smoky tandoori delights to robust curries and decadent sweets, every dish reflects the agricultural abundance and festive spirit of the region.

Festival highlights include Chef Sherry’s personal favorites:

· Kunna Gosht – A slow-cooked mutton delicacy from rural Punjab.

· Chilkar Chole – A hearty chickpea preparation with a rustic twist.

· Chapli Kebab & Chicken Malai Boti – Tandoor specialties at live stations.

· Lassi Bar – Featuring rose, kesar-pista, and mango flavors.

· Amritsari Kulfa & Jalebi with Rabri – Decadent finales to stir nostalgia.

K3 will be transformed into a vibrant Punjabi setting, complete with charpais, clay pots, mustard field backdrops, and photo panels showcasing iconic imagery like the Golden Temple and bustling dhabas. Guests will be welcomed with kaanji or lassi served in kullhads, setting the tone for an evening of indulgence. The atmosphere will be further enriched with live Punjabi folk music featuring traditional instruments like the dhol, tumbi, and algoza, while vibrant Giddha and Bhangra performances will add a festive rhythm to select evenings.

The festival will culminate in a festive Sunday Brunch on October 12th, featuring breakfast favorites like chole-bhature, halwa-puri, and stuffed parathas, alongside a live jalebi station and the signature lassi bar.
