Chef Christian Huber, from JW Marriott Pune, brings with him the spirit of Alto Adige, a region known for its pristine alpine landscapes and time-honoured culinary heritage. His cooking is a tribute to nature, restraint, and balance, expressed beautifully in dishes like a slow-cooked lamb shank paired with fragrant saffron risotto.
Chef Matteo Arvonio, the creative force behind ALBA, a proud son of Piedmont and renowned for his modern interpretations of Italian classics, Chef Matteo infuses bold flavours and refined techniques into every creation, from the Polletto alla Diavola, with champagne mustard chicken and bell pepper compote, to the Cavatelli con Porchetta, a comforting, aromatic blend of house-made pasta, pork belly, rosemary, and lemon.
