New Delhi, August 2025: This August, Elan at The Lodhi, New Delhi, is set to transport diners to the vibrant kitchens of Maharashtra with “Flavours of Maharashtra”, a specially curated three-day culinary journey from 22nd to 24th August, 2025. Led by the renowned Kolhapuri home chef Reshma, the experience is a tribute to the state’s layered culinary heritage, from its soulful traditions to its bold, unforgettable flavours of Maharashtrian Cuisine

Served à la carte over lunch and dinner, the menu captures the full spectrum of Maharashtrian cuisine, from fiery Kolhapuri delicacies to the delicate charm of coastal fare, and treasured heirloom recipes passed down through generations. Every dish is crafted with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients, including Chef’s signature handmade tikhat masala, staying true to the spirit of traditional home kitchens.

Set against the lush and elegant backdrop of Elan, this pop-up offers more than just a meal, it promises a cultural encounter where food, memory, and narrative come together. Diners will also have the chance to engage with Chef Reshma as she shares stories behind each dish, offering deeper insight into Maharashtrian culinary heritage.

Timed just ahead of Ganesh Chaturthi, a festival that holds special significance in Maharashtra, “Flavours of Maharashtra” is both a celebration and an invitation: to come together, savour traditions, and experience the spirit of the region through its most authentic expression, food.
