Mumbai, 18th June 2025: This June, Peshwa Pavilion at ITC Maratha invites you to embark on a culinary journey that pays homage to the vibrant and soulful cuisine of India’s hills. Titled “Flavours of the Hills,” the specially curated dining experience celebrates the rich culinary heritage of the in-house chefs, who bring to the table recipes and traditions rooted deeply in the landscapes of their homeland.

From the highlands of the North to the lush hills of the East and South, each dish on the menu tells a story of homegrown ingredients, ancestral cooking techniques, and the warmth of regional hospitality. Diners can expect hearty, aromatic fare crafted with authenticity and passion, layered with spices, textures, and comfort.

The experience kicks off with a Dinner Buffet on June 20th and 21st, served from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and continues with a Sunday Brunch on June 22nd, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Prices start at ₹3000 + taxes per person for dinner and ₹3300 + taxes per person for brunch, inclusive of soft beverages.
