Born and raised in Delhi, Chef Sweety Singh has been cooking since the age of 19, relying purely on his passion, without any formal training. His culinary approach is built on the foundational pillars of slow cooking, the use of hand-sourced spices from Punjab, and timeless recipes inherited from his father’s 1950s dhaba. His pop-ups have earned a loyal following across India, celebrated for their uncompromising authenticity and heartfelt storytelling.
