As lanterns glow against the Bengaluru skyline, Far & East at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru becomes a setting for celebration shared abundance. Perched on the 21st floor and framed by glittering city lights, the Pan-Asian restaurant welcomes the Year of the Horse with a special Lunar New Year feast. The experience celebrates tradition through signature rituals and dishes inspired by the rich heritage of Chinese cuisine.

At the centre of this celebration is Chef Wong’s specially curated menu, opening with the Prosperity Yee Sang, a vibrant toss salad that brings guests together to raise their chopsticks high and welcome abundance for the year ahead. This celebratory ritual is paired with Sū Cuì Xiè Ròu Juǎn, Chef Wong’s homemade crispy crabmeat rolls served with sweet chili plum sauce, setting an auspicious tone for the feast.
