2025 is shaking things up in a stunning display of bartending brilliance as Four Seasons’ finest bars team up for an exciting exchange. This January, Mumbai’s AER and Bengaluru’s Copitas are set to swap bartenders, menus, and vibes for a weekend of mixology magic.

On Friday, 17th January, Mumbai’s iconic AER takes center stage at Bengaluru’s stylish Copitas, which is ranked #38 among Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023. Gimlet Garden at AER is Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai’s rooftop utopia known for its innovative craft cocktails, bold botanicals, and sweeping views of the city’s glittering skyline. For one night only, Vineeth Krishnan, AER’s Beverage Manager, will bring this garden of libations to Copitas.

Think lush ingredients, creative twists, and a cocktail lineup that feels like nature in a glass. From this dreamy botanical-themed menu that is divided into four sections—Aromatic, Culinary, Medicinal and Cosmetic, guests can look forward to savouring a Sesame Serenade with its sweet and smooth nutty notes or indulging in the fruity floral Babuna Bliss. While A Verdant Whisper promises a refreshing feel, zero-proof Lavender Grace boasts a floral aroma and bright effervescent finish. Each drink is a masterclass in balancing flavours and textures.

Sunday, 19th January will witness Bengaluru’s Copitas, taking over Mumbai’s swanky Yacht Club at AER - recognized by the Times Food & Nightlife Awards 2024 for Best Ambience in a Bar and by 2024 Icons of Drinks among ‘Great Bars of the World.’ Copitas at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is celebrated for its cutting-edge mixology and sophisticated charm. Gracy Chourey, Copitas’ mixology maestro recently ranked among the Top 16 Bartenders in World Class India 2024, is set to introduce Mumbaikars to her inventive creations, showcasing her playful yet precise approach to cocktails.

Guests can experience the Leaf Martini that combines herbal tinctures with gin and wine, delivering a smooth and aromatic flavor. The Fig Leaf is a delightful fusion of fig leaf, umeshu, and 15-year-old whiskey, finished with a touch of bubbles for a refreshing finish. For a vibrant, tangy kick, the Shisho Leaf is a must-try, while the Nettle Leaf offers a slightly sweet experience for those seeking something unique.
