New Delhi, 20th January 2026: Rooted in centuries of tradition and shaped by regional nuance, Thai cuisine is as much about balance as it is about boldness. Honk captures this spirit with a limited-time Thai pop-up from 23rd January to 1st February, curated by internationally acclaimed Thai Master Chef Penpak Panjampee.
Drawing inspiration from Bangkok’s Street markets and traditional home kitchens, Chef Penpak’s culinary philosophy revolves around preserving the soul of Thai Cuisine while bringing it in a contemporary format that resonates with global palates. Her approach blends cultural storytelling, refined presentation, and sustainable cooking practices, transforming each dish into a narrative of Thailand’s history and traditions.
Renowned for its harmonious balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy, Thai cuisine comes alive through a thoughtfully crafted à la carte menu during dinner and an extravagant spread during brunches on Sundays. The main courses highlight depth and indulgence, from a fiery southern thai fish curry, Kaeng Som Thai to bold stir-fries like Pad Phak Ruam Mit and Kai Phat Met Mamuang concluding on a sweet note with traditional desserts like Thai Tea Bread Pudding and Steamed Toast with Pandanus Custard, offering gentle, aromatic finishes to the meal.
