Setting the tone for the season is Harbour & Highrise Brunch, a seaside-inspired experience that captures the comfort and freshness of India’s coastal living through light broths, refreshing salads, live grills and contemporary bowl-style presentations. Highlights such as the comforting Prawn Gassi Bowl, playful Kokum Pani Puri, delicately spiced coastal curries and tropical desserts create a mellow yet indulgent afternoon escape. 

Continuing the journey is the Bollywood to Boulevard Brunch, a refined culinary celebration where Mumbai’s vibrant street flavours meet the effortless elegance of Paris. Featuring Paris–Mumbai inspired beverages, chic café-style twists on street food like the Croissant Vada Pav and signature mains that bring together French classics and Indian icons, the brunch

reflects Sofitel’s philosophy of cultural harmony and elegant indulgence. Rounding off the month is the Legacy of India Brunch, a soulful tribute to India’s diverse culinary heritage. Timed ahead of Republic Day, the experience showcases heritage beverages, live tandoor and clay oven classics, slow-cooked royal curries, regional favourites such as Dal Shorba with ghee ka tadka, Chettinad Chicken, an interactive Haleem counter, and a celebratory dessert spread featuring a live Jalebi station and traditional Indian sweets.
