As part of its culinary evolution, Cena Pranzo now welcomes guests with a warm Italian embrace, beginning each meal with a freshly baked basket of signature focaccia and two house-crafted dips that set the tone for what follows. The new menu is the result of a thoughtful curation by Executive Chef Mario Caramella and Chef Mauro Ferrari, who bring decades of expertise and shared passion for authentic Italian cooking. This partnership infuses the menu with bold flavors, creative interpretations, and a genuine love for tradition, creating an experience that is both captivating and elevated.

Diners can now indulge in soul-satisfying classics like Cena Pranzo Spaghetti, Rigatoni All’Arrabbiata, homemade Gnocchi, and Spaghetti “Alla Chitarra,” prepared with finesse using regional ingredients and time-honored techniques. The menu also features hearty, family-style mains such as Roman-style Saltimbocca, breaded Pollo alla Milanese, and perfectly grilled Salmon. A playful twist awaits at the pizzeria, with the introduction of Panizzo, a crispy pizza bread filled with surprises. For dessert, a roving dolci trolley ensures a sweet ending, with the signature tiramisu served generously by the spoon. Complementing this elevated comfort dining, wine lovers will enjoy a 30% reduction on the wine list, making fine pairings even more accessible.
