New Delhi, August 2025: This season, Radisson Blu Marina, Connaught Place, invites you to savour the vibrant flavours of Parsi culture with its ‘Parsi Royal Feast’, from 29 August to 2 September 2025. The five-day festival promises an authentic culinary journey, bringing together age-old recipes, cultural stories and the unique charm of one of India’s smallest yet most influential communities.

Parsi cuisine - born from the confluence of Persian culinary heritage and Indian influences - offers a repertoire of dishes that are aromatic, wholesome and deeply comforting. Guests can indulge in signature favourites such as Mutton pulao with Dhansak dal, Chicken Farcha, Patra Ni macchi, Sondhiya masala (prawns), Jardalu ma gosh, salli chicken, Bhaji dana ma gosh, Bhatiya in chicken.

The festival will be helmed by Chef Firozi Karanjia and Chef Rashna, renowned for their mastery of authentic Parsi gastronomy and for showcasing it at prestigious venues and corporate events across India. Their culinary portfolio includes specially curated Parsi dining experiences for leading corporates & hotels. Known for creating menus that blend authenticity with impeccable presentation, they have consistently earned accolades for making Parsi cuisine stand out as both distinct and memorable.
