Romanos, the city’s definitive destination for authentic Italian cuisine at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, presents Formaggi d’Italia, a refined, cheese-led culinary experience launching on 7th January 2026. Rooted in Italian tradition and designed for immersive dining, the showcase places cheese at the heart of the table, celebrated through craftsmanship, interaction, and subtle culinary theatre. 

Inspired by Italy’s regional cheese culture, the experience unfolds as a sensory journey where flavour, aroma, and storytelling come together. The menu opens with an artisanal Italian cheese board featuring Bocconcini, Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, pine nut, crusted goat cheese, Pecorino, and Provolone, paired with pecan nuts, JW herb crackers, and mostarda. 

Pasta highlights range from indulgent Four Root Cheese Gnocchi with Brie to Fettuccine Quattro Formaggi and Tortellini alla Fonduta, celebrating Italy’s rich, cheese-forward traditions. The experience extends into comforting mains such as Chicken Parmigiana and Spinach Ricotta Lasagna with Brie, before concluding with timeless desserts including Classic Tiramisu and Sicilian Cannoli filled with Ricotta.
