Whether for a weekday retreat or an evening of indulgence, the Lunch and Steak & Grape menus capture Fumée's signature blend of exceptional ingredients, modern craftsmanship, and effortless sophistication.

Lunch - Fairmont Dubai 

Designed for those who appreciate flavour, freshness, and finesse, Fumée’s Lunch offers a well-balanced three-course experience. Guests can begin with a choice of salads ranging from the vibrant Classic Greek and Turkish Arugula to the indulgent Velvet Goat and Pistachio Arugula. For mains, diners can choose between tender Chicken Shish with garlic yoghurt, the fiery Adana Kebab with grilled tomato salsa, or delicate Grilled Salmon finished in lemon butter. Those seeking an elevated twist can upgrade to an Angus Ribeye Steak for an additional AED 75, accompanied by crispy fries or chargrilled asparagus. The experience ends on a sweet note with Chocolate Profiteroles or a refreshing plate of Fresh Watermelon, paired with tea, coffee, or sparkling water.

A perfect pairing for the evening, the Steak & Grape experience is all about indulgence with intent. The menu begins with a Truffle Beef Tartar served with a glass of fine red grape, setting the tone for an evening of rich, layered flavour. For the main course, guests can choose between the Angus Filet Mignon (200g) or the Angus Striploin (300g), both served with golden fries and prepared to perfection, a fitting reflection of Fumée’s dedication to quality and craft.
