The festival highlights the diversity of locally cultivated and wild varieties—from smoky Pink Oysters and robust Portobellos to delicate Enokis, earthy Morels, and indigenous mushrooms sourced from Karnataka’s forests and farms.

The menu features reimagined classics, including:
