The bossman behind Fisherman’s Wharf is ready to set the grills on fire with a taste of Goa at Hotel Royal Orchid.

The exclusive pop-up featuring the man who started the famous Fisherman's Wharf restaurant Chef Joel Murzelo will showcase the vibrant and diverse flavours of Goa along with our in-house expert Chef Jayprakash Bhatt

 From aromatic curries to sizzling seafood, Chef Joel has designed a menu that is sure to transport you straight to the shores of river Sal with dishes such as fattor Mushroom and Truffle Rissois, the bold and zesty Tambde Bhaji, Chicken Cafreal Satay, the Kingfish Reachado, Mutton Xacuti, the Goan Cashew Pulao made with the most fragrant basmati rice sprinkled generously with toasted cashews. 

Last but not in any way least are the indulgent traditional sweets like the moist Bebinca, the velvety Crème Caramel, and the luscious Serradura, wrapping up the essence of Goa.
