Pune, August 2025: This monsoon, swap your city rush for a susegad state of mind, as The Westin Pune Koregaon Park transforms The Market into a vibrant slice of Goa from 15th to 24th August. Think balmy beach vibes, intoxicating aromas, and plates that carry the soul of the Konkan coast — all curated by none other than celebrity Goan chef Sarita, the culinary custodian of authentic Goan and Portuguese flavours.

Goan Food Festival 2

From the fiery Mackerel Rechado to the golden crunch of Rawa Fried Surmai, from the silky Caldo Verde to the tangy-sweet punch of Balchao, every dish is a postcard from Goa. Dive into fragrant Vindaloo, creamy Caldin, nutty Xec Xec, and the spice-laden Xacutti. For the purists, the Traditional Goan Thali will be served à la carte, your very own susegad siesta on a plate.

Seafood lovers will have their fill of the day’s freshest catch, while the Sunday brunches on 17th and 24th August turn into full-blown Goan fests — complete with live stations, table-side cooking, mixology and lazy dips by the pool.

No Goan affair is complete without a little tipple. Sip your way through a sunshine-soaked beverage menu — from the Batanga Fizz and Tamarind Sunset to Mango Sol, Spicy Cashew Negroni, Port Sangria, and refreshing coolers like Virgin Kokum, Sol Kadi Spritz, Pineapple & Chili Smash, Tender Coconut Mojito, and Cashew Apple Sherbet.
