This Navratri season, Grand Hyatt Gurgaon invites guests to indulge in a specially curated Navratri Thali, by Chef Mukesh Nautiyal, crafted to capture the essence of tradition with a contemporary touch. Available exclusively at the hotel’s signature dining venue, Maison Maiya. The menu is a delightful blend of authentic flavors, wholesome ingredients, and festive favorites, perfect for those observing the fast as well as food enthusiasts looking to savor the season’s specialties.

The Navratri Thali features refreshing Kesar Pista Lassi, paired with festive delicacies such as Arbi Aur Moongphali Ki Chaat, Paneer Tamatar Ka Zaika, Khatta Meetha Petha, and the ever-popular Jeera Aloo. Completing the experience are wholesome accompaniments like Samak Anardana Pulao, Kuttu Poori, and Cucumber & Mint Raita. To end it on a sweet note, guests can relish comforting Sabudana Kheer alongside fresh seasonal fruits.
