Mumbai, August 8 2025 – Grand Hyatt Mumbai invites you to journey Home to Italy with La Fiera Italiana, a first-of-its-kind Italian culinary celebration where five acclaimed chefs from across Italy come together in Mumbai for a deeply immersive, regionally inspired gastronomic showcase.

For two days only, discover Italy through the eyes and dishes of its finest regional ambassadors. Each chef will present signature creations rooted in their hometown traditions, weaving together heritage, flavour, and storytelling in every course.

A spirited and abundant Sunday brunch that brings together the warmth of Italian hospitality and the vibrancy of its culinary culture. Curated by the five chefs, the showcase includes artisanal cold cuts and cheeses, vibrant antipasti, seasonal salads, live pasta and risotto counters, wood-fired pizzas, grilled meats and seafood, signature regional vegetarian dishes, and an indulgent dessert bar featuring tiramisu, cannoli, babas, and house-made gelato with affogato.
