Designed as an intimate gathering, this evening will celebrate heritage, artistry, and the rarest expressions of culinary and liquid luxury.

The journey begins at The Writers Bar, where guests will be welcomed with refined cocktails crafted with Rémy Martin spirits and an indulgent cold table. Luxe delicacies such as Osetra caviar with Truffle Jalebi, Parmesan and Malabar Pepper Mathri, and Shrimp Masala Toast will set the stage for an evening of elevated indulgence.

At the heart of the experience lies a seven-course degustation menu, meticulously curated by Chef Jaydeep Patil, Director of Culinary, Raffles Jaipur. Each course is paired with rare wines and spirits, culminating in the legendary Louis XIII Cognac. Highlights include the “Three Taste Sequence – Earth, Forest, Water” (ash-cooked tomatoes with sea buckthorn pearls, wild mushrooms on pine embers, and Himalayan trout with mustard and wakame pakora), the playful Murgi Ya Anda – an ode to the puzzle of the egg and the hen, and the bold Laal Maas ‘Mexico to Mathania’ with Aravali lamb and Bejad roti. The evening concludes with ethereal desserts such as Vanilla Malai Makhan with Kinnor apple murabba and Jaipur Misthan petit fours.
