Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Tech Park is all set to turn into a wedding wonderland this 9th August 2025 with an exclusive Wedding Showcase in collaboration with Hilton Wedding Diaries – Hilton’s signature initiative that’s redefining how weddings come alive at our hotels.

On 8th August, over 70 of India’s top wedding planners will check in with us to experience first-hand the seamless hospitality and attention to detail that make Hilton weddings truly extraordinary.

And we’re starting the celebrations early. Beginning 16th July, the hotel lobby transformed into an immersive preview of our wedding stories – a sneak peek of the design inspirations, signature touches and curated experiences that make a Hilton wedding so special.

On 9th August, our planners will spend the day exploring the hotel and experiencing, in depth, our ballroom and venue capabilities through imaginative setups and curated experiences – including a special South Indian Themed lunch with a live Carnatic band.

The celebrations culminate on the evening of 9th August with a spectacular Moulin Rouge Themed Gala Dinner – an invite-only evening for guests to experience a fun night filled with stunning décor, entertainment and a showcase of how extraordinary an evening reception can be.

On 10th August, our cherished planners will come together for a heartfelt brunch at Neo Kitchen—savoring memories, laughter, and the journey we've shared—before bidding adieu and departing to their respective cities.
