This monsoon, journey to the royal kitchens of Rajasthan without leaving the city. From 18th to 23rd August 2025, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park invites you to “Padharo Maro Desh – Flavours of Marwar”, a week-long culinary celebration at F5, their vibrant all-day dining restaurant.

Led by native Rajasthani culinary master Chef Jagdish, the festival is an ode to the grandeur of Marwari heritage. The menu features signature dishes that reflect the rich culinary heritage of Marwar. From the hearty Dal Bati Churma and tangy Gatte ki Sabzi to the spicy Laal Maas and the street favourite Jodhpur Mirchi Wada, each preparation is steeped in tradition. Diners can also savour rare regional specialties like Ker Sangri and end the meal with the festive sweetness of Ghewar. Served as a traditional thali for lunch, the experience offers a taste of Rajasthan’s royal kitchens in the heart of Bengaluru
