New Update
Hilton India and GoodDot
  • The month-long festival will feature GoodDot’s plant protein in specially curated menus across Hilton hotels nationwide,  offering guests innovative and sustainable dining experiences

To celebrate Veganuary, the global movement that encourages plant-based eating during the month of January, GoodDot, India’s leading plant protein brand, has partnered with Hilton Hotels across India to present a Pan-India Plant Protein Culinary Festival. The initiative brings flavour-forward vegan cuisine to Hilton properties nationwide, reinforcing the growing shift towards conscious and sustainable dining.

As part of this Veganuary celebration, GoodDot’s plant protein takes centre stage in specially curated menus crafted by Hilton’s culinary teams across participating hotels. The festival showcases how plant protein can be transformed into indulgent, restaurant-quality dishes across Indian and global cuisines, without compromising on taste, texture, or experience.

The Veganuary Plant Protein Culinary Festival will start from January 14 to February 13, 2026, and will be available daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM across Hilton hotels in India, including properties under Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn.

Commenting on the collaboration, Prashant Kulkarni, Director F&B Operations, Hilton South Asia, said, “At Hilton, we continue to evolve our culinary offerings in line with global trends and guest preferences. Collaborating with GoodDot for Veganuary allows us to present innovative plant-protein menus that are flavourful, relevant, and aligned with conscious dining.”

Linguine Alla Vegan Bologna

The menu opens with a selection of creative starters such as the Vegan Hyderabadi Lukhmi, a crispy parcel encasing robustly seasoned plant-based protein; the Zesty Achari Vegan Tikka, featuring succulent veg tenders marinated in pickled spices and finished with a hint of lemon; and the Malaysian Green Protein Satay, where hand-skewered, flame-grilled veg tenders are served alongside a velvety peanut sauce.

The mains further highlight the versatility of plant protein with dishes like the Herbivore BBQ Burger, where plant protein glazed in a bold barbecue sauce is topped with creamy vegan slaw and served in a kaiser bun with rustic Cajun-spiced fried potatoes. Indian flavours take centre stage with the Pure Plant Protein Laal Maans, a slow-cooked preparation in a fragrant, smoky Rajasthani red curry, accompanied by gatte ka pulao, kachumber, and sirka pyaz.

For global comfort food lovers, the menu features The Ultimate “Garden Protein” Bowl, a Tex-Mex-style chilli made with plant-based protein crumbles, served with cilantro-lime rice, refried kidney beans, avocado, charred corn, and fire-roasted salsa. Rounding off the offering is the Linguine Alla Vegan-Bologna, a slow-simmered ragù of green protein with Italian herbs, cracked peppercorn, and pomodoro sauce tossed with al dente pasta.

Commenting on the initiative, Abhishek Sinha, Founder & CEO, GoodDot, said, “Veganuary is a powerful opportunity to introduce people to plant-protein food excitingly and indulgently. Through our partnership with Hilton across India, we are showcasing how plant protein can be elevated into globally inspired, restaurant-quality dishes that appeal to everyone.”

Veganuary has gained significant momentum in India as diners increasingly seek sustainable and mindful food choices. This nationwide collaboration between Hilton and GoodDot aligns with that shift, offering guests across cities an opportunity to explore plant-based dining in a premium yet approachable format.
