~A Two-Day Epicurean Pop-Up at Neo Kitchen on 19th & 20th September~

This September, Neo Kitchen transforms into a stage where French artistry meets Japanese elegance in an exclusive five-course affair curated by Chef Alexandre Garrigues.

With more than 25 years at Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels around the world, Chef Alexandre is a storyteller through food. Each course in this menu is crafted like a chapter, weaving technique, artistry, and emotion.

The evening begins with an Amuse Bouche Duo — truffle-scented cheese, matcha-laced celery, and the poetic “Garden After the Rain”, setting the tone for what lies ahead. Then comes “Winter Memory in Kyoto”, a silken parsnip and ginger soup, delicate yet soul-warming. The Wave of Andhra,” a bold seafood course where regional inspiration meets global artistry. The crescendo arrives with Chef Alexandre’s exquisite duck creation — a masterstroke of flavor and technique — before closing on a delicate Black Sesame Paris Brest, where classic French patisserie takes on an Eastern soul.

Elevating this symphony of flavors, Sommelier Ms. Manuela curates hand-selected wines for each course, creating pairings that heighten and harmonize every bite and sip.
