Mumbai, March 2025 – Hilton Mumbai is set to transport food lovers to the heart of Kerala with an exclusive culinary showcase from March 13th to 15th, 2025. This gastronomic journey is curated by Chef Arul Oli from Neer, the concept restaurant at Hilton Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru.
Neer, meaning "water" in South Indian languages, celebrates the vibrant and authentic flavors of South India, drawing inspiration from the historical influences of traders and travelers who shaped Kerala’s rich culinary heritage. The festival at Hilton Mumbai will showcase this legacy through a specially curated menu featuring bold spices, coconut-infused curries, and traditional delicacies.
