Virender Singh, who now serves as the Beverage Head for Hungry N Thirsty Foods Pvt. Ltd., brings a wealth of experience from his tenure as Head Mixologist at The Hong Kong Club, Andaz Delhi. A lively beverage enthusiast, Virender radiates cheerfulness in his craft, skillfully combining ingredients to create delightful concoctions that bring joy to guests. His passion for the art of mixology and his ability to infuse storytelling into each drink have positioned him as one of India’s most exciting names behind the bar. With his philosophy that cocktails should spread happiness while offering a journey through flavour, Virender’s approach embodies creativity, expertise, and innovation.
For the Hyderabad takeover, guests will be treated to a cocktail journey inspired by the many shades of red. The philosophy behind Red is rooted in the idea that the colour itself goes beyond a visual identity — it represents passion, memories, moods, and emotions. Drawing inspiration from the countless shades of red found in nature and culture, every cocktail is crafted around a single red ingredient that becomes the soul of the drink, lending both its unique flavour and its striking character.
On the menu are: Chocolate Cosmos (Grey Goose, sweet vermouth, peach, cold brew, almond chocolate butter), Salmon Pink (Bombay Sapphire gin, pink salmon, elderflower & dill liqueur, orange), Tomato Red (Bombay Sapphire gin, tomato, basil, J.C. Unvined, apricot – carbonated), Tea Rose (South Bank gin, chamomile tea, orange, lychee, rose water, citrus), Melon Red (Patrón Reposado, yuzu, guava, house spice mix, citrus), Chilli Red (Jose Cuervo Silver, amaro, peanut butter, watermelon, pink peppercorn, acid), Amaranth Red (Jim Beam, amaranth leaf, vanilla, hazelnut, almond, citrus), Strawberry Red (Bacardi Cuatro, oolong tea, strawberry, citrus blend, pomelo – carbonated), Apple Red (Suntory Whisky Toki, apple, celery, mint, citric, absente – carbonated), Pomegranate Red (Cambridge Dry Gin, wine & pomegranate reduction, mandarin, passion fruit, ponzu), Bittersweet Shimmer (South Bank gin, guava, Campari, pandan, coconut, sweet vermouth), Plum Red (Smoke Lab saffron vodka, sage, plum, papaya, Aperol, citrus), Yuzu Bliss Smoke tail (El Cristiano Silver tequila, miso syrup, grapefruit juice, lime juice, grapefruit soda, house spice salt, sabudana crackers), The Nautch (Goat cheese tequila, unsweetened strawberry purée, cheese cracker, goat cheese & berries), Danza De Los Diablos (Dewar’s 12 YO, lapsang souchong smoked tea, sweet vermouth, orange liqueur, chocolate bitters), and Moh Maya (Smoke Lab Classic vodka, plum purée, super lime juice, yuzu purée, coconut milk).
