Guests can indulge in a heart-warming Christmas-themed buffet featuring global flavours, live stations and festive favourites curated by Executive Chef Deep Dubey and his culinary team.

This year’s celebration promises a lavish spread inspired by the warmth and nostalgia of the holiday season. The menu features an exquisite selection of festive delicacies, including perfectly roasted turkey served with rich giblet gravy, tender Brussel sprouts and tangy cranberry sauce, slow-cooked confit chicken with aromatic thyme jus, crispy golden Hasselback potatoes, and a delightful array of festive sweet treats such as traditional plum cake, buttery mince pie and classic stollen bread. Guests can enjoy the Christmas Eve Dinner on 24th December, from 1900 hrs to 2300 hrs, featuring an expansive Christmas-themed buffet and specially curated live stations.
