Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre has launched an exclusive food festival at its all-day dining restaurant, Monarch. The food festival Purvanchal Rasoi will be start from 22nd August to 30th August 2025, bringing authentic flavors straight from the heart of Purvanchal – the culturally rich region of Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
Guests will get to experience a culinary journey through the lanes of Varanasi, Gorakhpur, and Allahabad, known not only for their historical and spiritual significance but also for their traditional food heritage. Purvanchal cuisine reflects the simplicity, resilience, and warmth of its people, while offering dishes that are wholesome, rustic, and deeply rooted in tradition.
The specially curated buffet will feature iconic delicacies such as Litti Chokha, a traditional preparation of roasted wheat balls stuffed with spiced gram flour served with mashed vegetables, and Tehri, a fragrant rice dish cooked with vegetables and spices. Guests can also indulge in the sweetness of Malpua and savor the irresistible street-style flavors of Pani Puri and Chaat, each dish bursting with authenticity and charm.
