Mumbai, March 02: The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI conducted FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), on the 25th February, 2026 at the Hotel Dreamland in Mahabaleshwar. The training program was conducted by Dr V. Pasupathy and was attended by 26 hospitality professionals. The session covered essential topics including food handling, hygiene, sanitation and waste management and offered practical insights to strengthen food safety measures for hospitality professionals, reinforcing industry best practices.

HRAWI has successfully trained and certified 3,773 hospitality professionals through its FoSTaC and FSSAI's Management Training Program. The programme is designed to promote a culture of food safety and equipping industry professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to uphold the highest standards in daily operations.
