A tribute to the region’s enduring culinary artistry, Bao Fest : Wrapped in Flavor brings together the heart of Asian street food with Tess’s signature neo-classic flair. The menu unfolds as a journey across borders from the Taiwanese Classic Gua Bao filled with tender char siu pork, to the Tibetan Shapta Bao layered with crushed peanuts and fresh coriander. Vegetarian indulgences are equally expressive, with creations like the Veg Thai Panang Bao, Sriracha Tofu Edamame Bao, and Paneer Khurchan Sirka Bao, each crafted to harmonize spice, freshness, and comfort in every bite.
