Hyatt Centric Janakpuri Ushers in the Christmas Season with a Heartwarming Cake Mixing Soirée

Hyatt Centric Janakpuri kicked off the Christmas season with a delightful Cake Mixing Soirée. Guests, influencers, editors, and in-house patrons came together for an evening filled with warmth and celebration, beginning with the quintessential Christmas toast.

Led by Pastry Chef Kamal Kishore, the traditional cake-mixing ritual featured a blend of rich fruits, nuts, and aromatic spices, marking a cherished start to the season’s festivities.

The evening continued with a curated hi-tea experience, featuring a selection of sweet and savory favorites, including Crumbled Corn & Asparagus Bouchées, French Madeleines, and Pistachio Biscotti, among other handcrafted delicacies.
