 Trivandrum, July 2025: Hyatt Regency Trivandrum invites you to embark on an unforgettable culinary voyage with “Arabian Gourmet – Yalla, Let’s Feast!”, a specially curated dinner buffet celebrating the rich and diverse flavours of the Middle East. Conceptualized by Executive Sous Chef Karthik Gunasekaran, this exclusive food festival will be hosted at Malabar Café from July 18 to 27, 2025, every evening from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

This vibrant celebration captures the soul of Arabian kitchens through an indulgent spread inspired by Levantine, Turkish, Moroccan, and Persian cuisines. Guests can explore an authentic journey of spices, textures, and aromas that reflect the true spirit of Middle Eastern dining.

The culinary experience begins with an array of mezze like Hummus, Walnut Muhammara, and Spinach Tarator, followed by soul-warming soups such as Addas Shorba and Harrira. Appetisers include highlights like Sambusek Laham, Iskender Kebab, Falafel, and Mercimek Kofte.

At the live station, guests can enjoy freshly carved Chicken Shawarma and hot, oven-baked Turkish Pide. The main course offers robust dishes such as Palestinian Quidra, Chicken Machboos, Sayadia Samak, Lamb Tagine, Maqluba Rice, and Moroccan Couscous—all paired with freshly baked Simit, Menakish, and Kuboos with Zatar.

The evening concludes on a sweet note with Arabic desserts like Cheese Kunafeh, Baklava, Omali, Coconut Basbousa, Muhallabia, and Qatayef, promising a satisfying finale to a rich culinary experience.

We have meticulously gone beyond the usual favorites to unearth and present deep-rooted flavors, regional classics, and soulful dishes that truly tell a story. My goal is for every guest to leave having tasted not just exceptional food, but an authentic piece of culture,"
