MYSURU, 14.07.2025: ibis Styles Mysuru welcomed guests to step into a world of flavours and cheerful indulgence with the launch of its much-awaited Carnival Brunch, hosted across Flamingo and Alfresco — the hotel’s elegant lobby lounge and its charming outdoor extension.
Designed to capture the spirit of a festive street carnival, this new brunch experience brought together a vibrant blend of global cuisines, carnival-inspired vibes, delicious eats, and lively entertainment. Flamingo’s warm, laid-back charm proved to be the perfect setting for guests to unwind, connect, and enjoy quality time with great company.
Curated by Head Chef Gaurav Bansal and his skilled culinary team, the brunch offered more than just a buffet—it became a weekly retreat into a world of taste and flavours. Guests indulged in an array of culinary highlights, including a Charcuterie and Cheese Station, Smoked Salmon Wrap Station, Pasta Bowl Station, Aamchi Mumbai Street Food Station, Mocktail Station, Popcorn Station, and a Crafted Cocktail Counter—each station drawing praise for its creativity and flair.
The atmosphere came alive with tattoo art, balloon modelling, live music, and a dedicated kids’ play area, making it a wholesome, family-friendly celebration that delighted all age groups.
Rooted in the spirit of joy and togetherness, the Carnival Brunch was thoughtfully designed to celebrate the little pleasures of the weekend—savouring every bite and creating lasting memories around the table. Whether guests were Mysuru locals or travellers discovering the city, the experience offered a delightful way to spend the weekend in the heart of it all.
