The Friday Frunch celebrates comfort and elegance. The menu features slow-simmered sarson ka saag enriched with butter and paired with rustic makke ki roti, melt-in-the-mouth galouti lamb served with saffron-kissed sheermal and delicately spiced paneer pasanda in a rich, aromatic gravy, alongside Kashmiri chicken yakhni gently braised in a fragrant yogurt and fennel broth and a hearty winter greens subz handi slow-cooked in the traditional style.
The offering continues with comforting baked eggs with spinach and feta. Also, enjoy a creamy butternut squash risotto and indulgent truffle mushroom Vol-au-Vent encased in buttery puff pastry, followed by tender braised lamb with root vegetables and conclude on a sweet note with a refined gajar halwa tart and a moist, warm citrus polenta cake, bringing the experience to an elegant and satisfying finish.
