As the restaurant brings together delectable vegetarian food from the magnificent royal kitchens of India, this mindfully curated menu celebrates the richness, warmth, and vitality of Hemant Ritu, where each dish is a poetic interpretation of the season’s essence, in complete harmony with nature.

Delight in the aromatic freshness of Akshot — a harmonious medley of pungent radish and crisp walnut with mint, the exquisite Shatawari Maarmik, featuring tender asparagus tips enhanced with nuts and raisins. Guests can also indulge in the wholesome comfort of Pithi Poori, a millet and whole wheat bread stuffed with urad lentils. Each dish reflects the spirit of abundance and wellness that defines India’s winter season. Priced at INR 2275 plus taxes per guest, this is valid till 30th November, 2025 from 12:30 pm to 2:45 pm (Friday to Sunday) and 7 pm to 11: 30 pm (everyday).
