Our Satvik menu is more than a collection of dishes, it’s a journey through time-honoured recipes, seasonal ingredients, and the timeless rituals that define this festival.

Begin with Dahi Kraal, where water chestnut meets velvety yogurt, and Phaldari Chaat, a refreshing mosaic of fruits brightened with rock salt and mint. Mawa Mewe ke Seekh, made from slow-reduced milk and dry fruits, adds a layer of festive richness and craftsmanship to your table.

The heart of the feast celebrates classic comfort and balanced flavours: Sabudana Khichdi, with tender sago pearls stir-fried with peanuts and green chilli; Kuttu Kadhi, a delicate buckwheat-and-yogurt preparation; and Singade ki Subzi, gently simmered in a creamy yogurt gravy, paired with crisp Kuttu Pooris. Anaar ka Raita brings a jewel-like burst of sweetness and freshness, completing the spread.

Round off the experience with Jhangore ki Kheer, a barnyard millet pudding, light, delicate and indulgent, echoing the gentle essence of Navratri traditions.
