Phuket, 14 January 2026 — “ETRO Residences Phuket” introduces a new vision of branded living shaped by nature. With the unveiling of its interior design, the project offers a first look into ETRO’s debut residential development in Southeast Asia.
Developed by Amal Development within the prestigious Gardens of Eden enclave and designed by global branded real estate specialists The One Atelier, ETRO Residences Phuket translates the Italian lifestyle house’s expressive design language into architecture and interiors conceived as a coastal, resort-style living. The project reflects a growing shift in branded living towards experience-led environments, inspired by lush, green surroundings.

Comprising only eight exclusive residences, the project represents one of the most exclusive and refined residential offerings in Southeast Asia. The collection consists of three-bedroom apartments of approximately 222 square metres and three-bedroom penthouses of approximately 438 square metres.
The flagship project sets a new benchmark for high-end design and branded living in the region while highlighting Thailand’s growing influence on the global luxury real estate stage.
Residences shaped by lifestyle, light and landscape
The newly released interior renders reveal how ETRO’s visual codes of colour, texture and pattern have been reinterpreted for a residential retreat defined by Phuket’s natural rhythms. Created by The One Atelier, the residences unfold as a carefully layered composition of light, proportion and materiality, balancing ETRO’s eclectic aesthetic heritage with a sense of calm and spatial clarity.
Italian artistry is woven into every detail. Bespoke furnishings curated by ETRO Home Interiors, created in collaboration with ONIRO Group, sit alongside expressive wall finishes, sculptural forms and custom detailing inspired by the brand’s extensive textile archive. Velvet upholstery, artisanal wood finishes and marble surfaces bring depth and tactility, while curated palettes of oceanic blues, forest greens and sun-washed neutrals echo the surrounding jungle, sand and sea. The result is ETRO’s famous design DNA reimagined as a living story, creating a unique environment that interprets fashion as a lifestyle.
A retreat within the Gardens of Eden
ETRO Residences Phuket sits at the heart of the Gardens of Eden, a 33-acre master- planned sanctuary where more than 70 percent of the land is dedicated to nature. Lakes, shaded walking trails and tropical gardens weave through the development, creating an immersive landscape that prioritises wellbeing, xprivacy and connection to the outdoors.
Just steps from the pristine sands of Bang Tao Beach, the project occupies a rare position along Phuket’s west coast, bordered by forest, with stunning views. The location is regarded as one of the island’s most refined coastal areas, while remaining close to Phuket’s famous cultural, culinary and lifestyle amenities.
Amenities designed as experiences
Residents will have access to yoga lawns, meditation trails and a sequence of pools, from rainforest outdoor pools and long lake pools to beachfront swimming areas, each designed to offer a different sensory experience throughout the day. Concierge services, personalised health programmes and curated brand moments further define the lifestyle, connecting residents to ETRO’s wider world of fashion, art and culture while preserving a sense of retreat and discretion.
Fabrizio Cardinali, CEO of ETRO comments: “ETRO has always stood for boldness, quality craftsmanship, and self-expression. With ETRO Residences Phuket, we wanted to transform these values into a lifestyle experience that feels authentic and deeply connected to our DNA. Reflecting our heritage in textiles and design, the project offers an elevated way of living where every detail embodies ETRO’s commitment to authenticity and excellence”.
Aleksandr Chuvalov, CEO of Amal Development, adds: “Gardens of Eden was created as a sanctuary for residents, a place where architecture, landscape and wellbeing coexist in balance. ETRO Residences Phuket embodies this philosophy. The project illustrates how thoughtful design, environmental sensitivity and refined luxury can come together to create a residential experience that feels grounded in nature and at the same time globally relevant.”
Michele Galli, CEO of The One Atelier, comments: “Branded living today is about creating environments that resonate emotionally through a lived experience. The interior design at ETRO Residences Phuket tells a unique story through quality materials, proportion and light — where every surface and space has been carefully considered to create a home that feels expressive, serene and deeply connected to its surroundings.”
