Highlights include the Bistecca di salmone saltata in padella, a pan-seared salmon steak complemented by saffron risotto and tender vegetables; the Anatra risotto con limoncello, where sous vide pulled duck meets asparagus with a refreshing hint of limoncello; and the Agnolotti di zucca e ricotta con burro alla salvia, a delicate pairing of ricotta and pumpkin finished in silky sage butter sauce.
