From 16th to 22nd February 2025, guests can indulge in an exquisite menu curated by Chef Dhami, a master of Bengali cuisine, whose expertise brings to life the authentic tastes of Bengal’s varied landscapes—from the Koraishuti Badam Chop, Kolkata Murgir Biriyani to the tantalising Rosogollas.

Guests can choose between a lavish buffet dinner at Madras Pavilion (INR 2400 + taxes per person) or an elegant square meal experience at Café Mercara Express (INR 1750 + taxes per person).
