Cocktail Highlights
· Blushing Spritz Uplifting, Peppery, Spritz A refreshing medley of Pink Peppercorn Gin, Watermelon Syrup, Sparkling Wine, and Soda, this cocktail bursts with vibrant freshness. Served with edible flowers, it’s light yet complex, the perfect toast to Mumbai’s evenings.
· Kerala Lady Vibrant, Tropical, Zesty A local twist on the classic White Lady, this cocktail layers Cardamom & Vanilla Gin, Pineapple Juice, and Lime to create a tropical burst with a refined foamy texture – elegant and exotic all at once.
· Tea Negroni Aromatic, Bright, Refreshing Juniper’s take on the timeless Negroni introduces Chocolate Tea-infused Gin alongside Red Vermouth and Campari. Expect rich notes of dark chocolate balanced with the familiar bittersweet orange, giving new depth to a global classic.
· Fountain of Youth Herbaceous, Fresh, Medicinal A playful twist on the martini, this cocktail blends Rosemary-infused Gin, Cointreau, Martini Bianco, and a hint of Lime. Herbaceous and aromatic, it’s both refreshing and sophisticated.
