Savor Goan dishes and coastal specialities with a meticulously curated menu by Chef Sidharth Naik from Goa Marriott Resort and Spa and Chef Prakash Chettiyar, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar along with the in-house culinary team of experts. Chef Sidharth, a seasoned culinary professional specializing in authentic Goan cuisine is deeply rooted in local traditions and flavours. Chef Sidharth has passionately contributed to preserving and promoting Goa’s rich gastronomic heritage with over 17 years of dedicated culinary experience, and brings to the table an extensive understanding of coastal ingredients, traditional Goan recipes, and Portuguese-influenced preparations.
