Fresh notes of Cabbage Thoran and Beetroot Pachadi meet the sweet-and-sour playfulness of Mango Pulissery and Pineapple Pachadi, before the table finds its sweetest crescendo in Ada Pradhaman, Palada Payasam, and Chakka Pradhaman, timeless desserts that embody Kerala’s harvest bounty.
