Chef Alessandro Piso, a maestro from Genova with over 12 years of experience, captivates diners at the award-winning Romano's in JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, offering a fusion of authentic Italian delicacies and modern interpretations of traditional recipes. Chef Christian Huber, hailing from the picturesque town of Merano in Alto Adige has been leading the authentic Italian restaurant, Alto Vino, at JW Marriott Pune and is bringing his expertise for diners at Romano’s.
