This thoughtfully curated culinary experience will be available for dinners from 13th - 22nd February.
In Thailand, the phrase Kin Khao goes far deeper than simply meaning ‘to eat rice’. It’s a gentle way of sharing time, checking in and showing care towards your loved ones. Rooted in connection, togetherness and warmth, the experience reflects the heart of Thai culture where flavours are balanced, rooted in traditions and food is meant to be shared.
Elements of Kin Khao brings this philosophy to life through this specially curated menu that celebrates Thailand’s vibrant culinary traditions. Designed by Chef Gopal Subba, Chef De Cuisine, the menu journeys through delicate herbs, fragrant curries and bold umami, with each dish reflecting balance, harmony and authentic flavours.
From soups and salads, guests can indulge in a selection of thoughtfully prepared appetizers like Tod Khao Pod – Thai ground sweet corn cake with lime leaf & lemongrass, Tung Tong – Deep fried money bag stuffed with vegetables, Tod Mun Pla – Ground fish cake with herbs & red curry, Kratong Tong – Coconut based spicy ground prawns, served in crispy basket, Gae Phad Prik Gaeng – Curry based, stir fried lamb. For mains, one can choose from Traditional panang curry – Gaeng Phanaeng to Pad Krapow Kai, Pla Neung Manao, Gaeng Phanaeng Lamb among others, showcasing traditional Thai techniques and regional influences. The experience concludes on a sweet note with the iconic Mango sticky rice – Khao Niaow Muang, offering a perfect finish to your sensory taste buds.
