New Delhi, 19 December, 2025: Karma Lakelands, India’s leading eco-resort, known for its commitment to sustainable hospitality unveils the newest edition of its On Kourse menu, a thoughtfully curated selection that champions seasonal produce, culinary craftsmanship and conscious dining. Showcased during the closing celebration of the Karma Lakelands Golf League, the refreshed menu underscores the resort’s dedication to mindful cuisine and reinforces its vision of integrating community participation and sustainability into its broader lifestyle ecosystem.
A key feature of the menu is The Master’s Edition. Developed as part of the recent Klub Karma Chef’s Table Showdown, The Master’s Edition introduces a distinctive community-driven element. Chefs crafted a selection of original dishes, which were then voted on by members of the Karma community. The winning plates have now been added to the menu, with full credit accorded to their creators, marking a first-of-its-kind culinary showcase at the resort.

The dishes range from Zamin-e-Noor and Nawabi Dum Paneer to Kunafa Dahi Kebab, Kesari Dum Murgh, Royal Crème Toast, Poppy Pearl Peda, Cheesy Spinach & Corn Rollatini and Velvet Heart Dimsum. The result is a section that honours the spirit of culinary innovation and stays deeply reflective of the community’s tastes.

The unveiling of the menu took place during a networking gala dinner held as part of the closing celebration of the Golf League Grand Finale. The evening welcomed members, residents and special guests to an exclusive first look at the refreshed On Kourse menu through a curated tasting showcase.
