Onam marks Kerala’s golden harvest season and the legendary homecoming of King Mahabali. A key highlight of the festival is theSadya, a lavish vegetarian feast served on banana leaves that features an array of traditional dishes symbolising Kerala’s agricultural abundance.

AtFeast, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, the culinary team has crafted an elaborate Sadya-inspired spread. The menu will showcase dishes such asAvial(mixed vegetable curry with coconut),Theeyal(roasted coconut curry),Banana Chips,Kootu Curry,Olan(ash gourd and black-eyed pea curry), along with a variety ofPachadisandThoranpreparations. The meal concludes with indulgent Payasams, including the classicAda Pradhaman—a rice flakes dessert prepared with jaggery and coconut milk—for a perfect festive finale.

Enhancing the experience, the buffet will be accompanied by traditional Onam décor and vibrantPookalam(floral rangoli) displays, offering guests a complete cultural immersion.
