The recent LOYA Qissa at Taj West End Bengaluru unfolded with a Culinary Showcase by Mr. Nitin Kini and Grand Chef Rajesh Wadhwa, Executive Chef at LOYA. The two cooked side by side, presenting dishes that reflected culinary heritage, creativity, and personal expression.
