Bengaluru, 3rd March 2026 – LOYA, Taj West End, Bengaluru recently hosted a distinctive edition of its Qissa series, featuring a collaborative cook-off between Douglas Nairne and Rajesh Wadhwa, Grand Chef of LOYA.

Guided by Chef Wadhwa, Mr. Nairne explored the possibilities of Northern cuisine, learning techniques, experimenting with flavours, and engaging directly with the ingredients. Guests observed the interaction closely, witnessing how expertise and curiosity combined to shape each dish. The resulting creations reflected a balance between tradition and interpretation, highlighting the craft of cooking as a shared and interactive experience.
