This edition spotlights a mixologist who is also Aruba’s co-owner, bringing her distinctive vision and artistry to the city’s culinary and cocktail landscape.

Frida’s cocktails are vibrant and layered, designed to spark curiosity and delight the palate at every turn.

At LOYA, her cocktails find their perfect pairing with the traditional food from the North. The restaurant’s menu of bold, textured, and heritage-inspired dishes has been thoughtfully curated to complement each drink, turning the evening into a fluid conversation between food and cocktail.
