This October, LOYA at Taj West End, Bengaluru, unveils a new chapter in its acclaimed LOYA Qissa series, an evening where culinary heritage meets modern mixology.
Taking centre stage is Peter Sanchez, the celebrated Latin American mixologist whose creations have redefined cocktail craftsmanship across continents. As Co-founder of WeAreBartenders and the creative force behind ARCA, Tulum, the only bar-restaurant featured on both North America’s 50 Best Bars (#23) and Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants (#27), Peter is known for transforming the art of mixology into an experience of culture, memory, and storytelling.
This LOYA Qissa bridges borders and philosophies, pairing Peter’s avant-garde liquid expressions with LOYA’s soulful Northern culinary narrative. Together, they explore the universal language of flavour, emotion, and artistry.
